This beautifully refurbished apartment is situated in Maadi Sarayat. Its location is prime amidst the lush green trees that line Maadi’s streets. The sitting/dining area has floor to ceiling windows and is overlooking a green garden. The flat is tastefully decorated with a nice mix of oriental pieces and modern furnishing. The kitchen is spacious and has all new appliances. There are two spacious  bedrooms with built-in closets. There is a large office, ideal for working from home. Lotus apartment is very close to various restaurants and coffee shops. Amenities such as supermarkets, fruit & vegetable stalls, laundry, and gyms are at walking distance. Public transportation is at your doorstep, the metro is a 10 minutes’ walk and taxis and Uber are available within minutes.

• • Living/Dining Room: L-shape sofa and 2 armchairs, 55 inch flat screen smart TV, large dining table with 6 chairs.
  • Kitchen: With high-end appliances ( including dish-washer) and fully equipped with all essentials.
  • Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms one with king-sized bed and one double bed. Both bedrooms have  black-out blinds for a restful sleep.
  • Bathroom: 1 full bathroom with shower and bath and one guest bathroom.

• Quiet hours: Please keep noise levels low between 10 PM and 9 AM.
• Check-in and check-out: We appreciate sticking to the agreed times to ensure smooth transitions for all guests.
• Care for the space: Treat the apartment and its belongings with care. Significant damages may affect the security deposit.
• Energy conservation: Kindly turn off the AC when leaving the apartment.
• Furniture placement: The furniture is arranged thoughtfully—please avoid rearranging or redecorating.
• No illegal substances: Illegal items or activities are strictly prohibited.
• Pet-free policy: We’re unable to accommodate pets.
