The artistic walls continue in the 3 bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, two with a shared bathroom There is also a guest toilet and separate laundry room.

1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
2. Check-out time: 11:00 AM
3. Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur an extra fee.
2. Guest Conduct
1. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels low, especially during quiet hours (9 PM).
2. Parties, loud music, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
3. Smoking & Pets
1. No smoking inside the property.
2. Pets are (not allowed).
4. Maintenance
1. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
2. Do not remove any items belonging to the property.
5. Safety & Security
1. Lock all windows when leaving the property.
2. Do not share access codes with unauthorized persons.
6. Appliances
1. Turn off appliances when not in use.
7. Penalties
1. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.
8. Visitors & Occupancy
1. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
2. Visitors are welcome but must adhere to house rules and to be same genders and first relative degree.
