Care for the space: Treat the apartment and its belongings with care. Significant damages may affect the security deposit.
Energy conservation: Kindly turn off the AC when leaving the apartment.
Furniture placement: The furniture is arranged thoughtfully—please avoid rearranging or redecorating.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations of reservations for a period less than one month the guests get a full refund if canceled up to 5 days before check-in.
Cancellations of reservations for a period more than one month but less than six months the guests will get a full refund if canceled up to 14 days before check-in. ”After that, the first 14 days of the stay are non-refundable”.
Cancellations of reservations for a period more than six months the guests will get a full refund if canceled up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

Great little apartment with a very nice, green veranda. The interior is nicely decorated and the place very comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood, with tons of restaurants and stores.

I absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was cozy and made you feel right at home. The location was ideal for what I wanted. Greenery and local cafes and bakeries.
