This luxurious 3 bedroom penthouse serviced apartment is located in a newly renovated complex in the heart of Maadi. The penthouse features a very spacious terrace where you can enjoy luxury living. The large reception area caters for family living.

Two of the three bedrooms are ensuite. The fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances. Everything at this small compound is about convenience and high-end living. It’s surrounded by beautiful trees and has several outside sitting areas. The pool in the middle and the gym caters for all residents.

The location itself is amid a bustling, yet quiet and peaceful neighborhood in close proximity to various restaurants and coffee shops. Amenities such as supermarkets, hairdressers, banks or pharmacies are within walking distance. Public transportation is at your doorstep, the metro is a 7 minutes’ walk and taxis and Uber are available within minutes.

• Living Room: Light and modern in furnishing, there are modern high end sofas and coffee tables to complete the luxury experience.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen and all appliances are available.
• Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms  with king sized or queen sized beds and black-out curtains for a restful sleep.
• Bathroom: The modern bathrooms have walk-in showers.

• Quiet hours: Please keep noise levels low between 10 PM and 9 AM.
• Check-in and check-out: We appreciate sticking to the agreed times to ensure smooth transitions for all guests.
• Care for the space: Treat the apartment and its belongings with care. Significant damages may affect the security deposit.
• Energy conservation: Kindly turn off the AC when leaving the apartment.
• Furniture placement: The furniture is arranged thoughtfully—please avoid rearranging or redecorating.
• No illegal substances: Illegal items or activities are strictly prohibited.
• Pet-free policy: We’re unable to accommodate pets.
