This beautifully refurbished high-end apartment is situated in the heart of Maadi. The sitting/dining area is full of light and tastefully furnished. It has a state of the art American kitchen with all built-in appliances. The two spacious stylish bedrooms have ensuite and semi-ensuite gorgeous decorated bathrooms with shower and bath. There is a large office space too. Akhdar apartment is very close to various restaurants and coffee shops. Amenities such as supermarkets, fruit & vegetable stalls, laundry, and gyms are at walking distance. Public transportation is at your doorstep, the metro is a 10 minutes’ walk and taxis and Uber are available within minutes.

  • Quiet hours: Please keep noise levels low between 10 PM and 9 AM.
  • Check-in and check-out: We appreciate sticking to the agreed times to ensure smooth transitions for all guests.
  • Care for the space: Treat the apartment and its belongings with care. Significant damages may affect the security deposit.
  • Energy conservation: Kindly turn off the AC when leaving the apartment.
  • Furniture placement: The furniture is arranged thoughtfully—please avoid rearranging or redecorating.
  • No illegal substances: Illegal items or activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Pet-free policy: We’re unable to accommodate pets.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations of reservations for a period less than one month the guests get a full refund if canceled up to 5 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations of reservations for a period more than one month but less than six months the guests will get a full refund if canceled up to 14 days before check-in. ”After that, the first 14 days of the stay are non-refundable”.
  • Cancellations of reservations for a period more than six months the guests will get a full refund if canceled up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
  • Extra charges may apply such as transfer fees & taxes.
  • Refunds take from 14 to 21 working days from the cancellation date.
  • The first night is calculated at the check-in time, and the rest of the nights are calculated starting at 00:00 AM of each day.
  • Third-party sites might have different policies.

Staying at Arabesque Apartments what is the best decision we made after deciding to visit Cairo! Amalia, our delightful host, provided so many great suggestions for dining and places to go and was spot on with every one! We appreciated the cleanliness and incredible attention to detail in the suite. This two bedroom two bath spacious apartment situated across the street from the South African. Embassy in Maadi had everything you can imagine. In suite laundry with drying racks and ironing board and an iron, lots of closet space, coffee, pods and coffee machine, unlimited filtered water, ice in the freezer, a lovely balcony and a very spacious living room for relaxing and playing cards . We cannot recommend it highly enough. After busy days in museums and on tours, the bathtub was really appreciated! Five star accommodation, five star hostess! Highly recommend
