Arabesque Apartments operates as an online platform connecting guests to accommodations (as defined below) and other described services (collectively, the “Services”). Please review the subsequent terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms include essential details concerning your legal responsibilities and rights and incorporate various limitations and exclusions pertaining to our liability. By utilizing the Site, you commit to complying with and being legally bound by these Terms (collectively with any integrated terms, conditions, and/or policies, the “Terms”), whether or not you avail the Services or make any Reservations (as defined below). These Terms govern your interaction with and use of the Site, its Content (as defined below), and establish a legally binding contract between you and Arabesque Apartments.
Arabesque Apartments is an assets management company focused on supplying accommodation to business people and travelers staying in Egypt. We lease fully serviced rental properties and vacation rental properties, furnishing all units according to our luxurious brand standards.
When you make a reservation with us, whether through the Site or third-party providers (like Airbnb or Booking.com), you are booking accommodations operated by Arabesque Apartments.
Other Arabesque Apartments entities (“Arabesque Apartment Support Entities”) may provide services, including concierge, maintenance, housekeeping, customer support, and other services in connection with your use of the properties. Arabesque Apartments support entities do not have any authority or obligation to provide services or property under the contract with you. Similarly, you don’t have a contractual relationship with Arabesque Apartments support entities. Arabesque Apartments support entities are not authorized to act as an agent for any supplier on record.
You must be 18 years or older and able to form legally binding agreements to access and use the Site and Services. The Site and Services are designed for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the Site and Services by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site and/or Services, you affirm that you are 18 or older and understand and agree to these Terms. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
As outlined in Section 2 above, Arabesque Apartments leases accommodations to business people and travelers staying in Egypt. To book an Accommodation via the Site, you must:
Upon selecting a property and stay dates, you must provide Personal Information, such as name and contact details, and Payment Information (credit card details), collected and processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy. We use this information to book the Accommodation for you.
Your Personal Information may also be used for identity confirmation, security purposes, and compliance with applicable laws. If you are representing a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind the company to these Terms.
After completing the Reservation Procedure, we will send you a confirmation email with the Accommodation details. Once booked, you are granted a limited license to use the Accommodation, while Arabesque Apartments retains the right to re-enter in line with these Terms.
You must vacate the Accommodation by the checkout date specified in your confirmation. Overstaying without consent results in the forfeiture of your license to stay, and Arabesque Apartments may charge Overstay Fees.
The rental amount is due at the start of the rental agreement. Booking online requires the rental amount to be paid online directly via the website or to be sent over via bank transfer to Arabesque Apartments’ bank account to confirm the booking (in this case, proof of payment is required).

In addition to Accommodation fees, Additional Fees (cleaning, service charges, taxes) may apply. These will be listed during the Reservation Procedure and detailed in the invoice sent to your email.
You can extend your stay, subject to availability, by contacting us 24 hours before checkout. Extensions incur Additional Fees.
If an Accommodation becomes unavailable before your reservation, you’ll be notified and offered a refund or relocation to another available property.
Guests shall abstain from making any changes to the accommodation.
Additional Notes:
Arabesque Apartments represents the property owner (who is the end-responsible party) and shall arrange all acute major repairs in the premises, especially those pertaining to water, electricity, sewage, and gas. Arabesque Apartments undertakes to hand over the property in good condition and should any malfunction or damage of the appliances be detected during receipt, Arabesque Apartments will arrange the repairs and maintenance after consulting the owner. Malfunction or damage caused by misuse of the tenant should be paid by the client.
Guests are responsible for leaving Accommodations in the condition they found them and abstaining from making any changes to the premises. Any damage incurred may result in charges. Guests and their invitees are responsible for their actions.
All apartments are prohibited for pets except when it is agreed differently with the owners.
Some properties will offer garage parking spaces. All properties have on-the-street guarded parking spaces.
Your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free service or results from using the Site and Services.
You assume the risk of using the Site, Services, and Accommodations. Neither Arabesque Apartments nor its affiliates, officers, employees, or providers will be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. We’re not responsible for your reliance on Site content or errors.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe Content infringes your rights, follow the procedure outlined to report potential infringements.
Arabesque Apartments is not responsible for third-party websites or resources linked from the Site. Use such resources at your own risk.
Arabesque Apartments values guest privacy. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Certain claims will be resolved through arbitration unless exceptions apply.
Arabesque Apartments can suspend or terminate your Site access without notice. Such action doesn’t make Arabesque Apartments liable.
We can modify these Terms. Continued Site use after modifications means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms replace any prior agreements and apply to all Content, Services, and Accommodations.
