Welcome to Arabesque Apartments!

We hope you enjoy your stay and treat the apartment as you would your own home. Please take a moment to read these house rules, which help us maintain a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests. and We abide by the Egyptian law: Mixed groups and unmarried couples are not allowed in the same apartment. This rule only applies if an Egyptian/Arab is involved.

  1. Care of the Apartment & Appliances
  • Please handle all appliances, furniture, and fixtures with care.
  • Take extra caution when opening and closing balcony doors and windows.
  • Report any damages or malfunctions immediately to management.
  • Loss of keys will incur a replacement fee. Please keep them safe at all times.
  • Please follow appliance instructions to avoid misuse, damage, and costly repairs.
  • The apartment must not be used for illegal activities, loud parties, or commercial purposes.
  • Any damages, breakages, or loss of items during your stay will be charged at their replacement or repair cost. Please report incidents immediately to management so they can be addressed promptly.
  • The apartment is equipped with a set of cookware, any extra requests need to be addressed ahead to accommodate within availability.
  1. Electricity & Water Usage
  • Your stay includes an allocated amount of electricity sufficient for normal use.
  • Turn off appliances when leaving the apartment or not in use to conserve energy and avoid overuse charges.
  • Any additional consumption beyond the allowance will be charged at the applicable rate.
  • Use electricity and water wisely — help us conserve the environment and natural resources.
  • Please note that, although rare, the country may occasionally experience short electricity outages beyond our control. Service is typically restored quickly.
  1. Cleaning & Housekeeping
  • The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival.
  • The apartment can be cleaned on a weekly basis depending on your agreement with us, bed sheets and covers are changed once a week.
  • Extra cleaning services are available upon request, for an additional charge.
  • Please dispose of garbage in the designated bins and avoid leaving food waste overnight.
  • Please do not dispose of sanitary items, wet wipes, or cooking grease in toilets or drains, as this may cause blockages. Any plumbing repairs required due to misuse will be charged to you.
  1. Home Essentials
  • Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, bottled water, and basic toiletries are provided for your convenience.
  • These are replenished only at the start of your stay; further restocking is at your own expense unless otherwise arranged.
  • The apartment is provided with WiFi (400GB) that is set for all apartments, any extra consumption will be against charge, the WiFi is also reachable across the apartment and within the router range.
  1. Respecting the Community
  • Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 PM.
  • Please respect the privacy and comfort of neighbouring residents.
  • Visitors are welcome but must be accompanied by you at all times and must not stay overnight without prior approval from management.
  1. Safety & Security
  • Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
  • Do not use open flames, candles, or portable gas stoves indoors.
  • In case of emergency, contact building security or management immediately.
  1. Smoking Policy
  • Smoking is not permitted indoors.
  • Smoke detectors are placed in the apartment.
  • Damage due to smoking will be charged on the client.
  • If smoking on balconies, please use ashtrays and ensure cigarette ends are fully extinguished.
  1. Pets
  • Pets are not allowed unless previously approved by management.
  1. Seasonal Considerations

Egypt’s beautiful weather can also bring seasonal elements:

  • During warmer months, insects may appear even in clean, well-kept apartments,  this is simply part of the local environment.
  • In certain seasons, dust may occur due to weather patterns; we recommend keeping windows closed on those days.
  1. Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in time is 3 PM unless otherwise agreed.
  • Check-out time is 11 AM unless otherwise agreed.
  • Early check-in and late check-out is possible upon availability and against an extra fee decided upon the request. Please check with our staff to communicate your preferred timings.
  • Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition and return all keys/accesses.
  1. Payment Policy
  • Payment is paid in USD or equivalent in EUR or GBP only, we don’t accept other currencies.
  • Payment has to be paid in advance. 
  • For 1 month plus rentals a contract shall be set up.
  • For rentals of one month or longer, a deposit equal to 10% of the total rental fee will be required. The deposit will be refunded, in full or in part, after the accommodation has been inspected for damages, taking into account normal wear and tear.
  • Arabesque Apartments is not responsible for bank delays, transfer policies or wrong transactions, all payments must settle in the account on the set/agreed timing and is the responsibility of the renter to ensure it is received and the proof of payment is forwarded.

How do I book an apartment?

You can easily book a stay directly on our website or by contacting our reservations team. Simply select your preferred apartment type, check-in and check-out dates, and complete the booking process. We’re also available to assist with any questions or special requests.

Do you offer short-term and long-term stays?

Absolutely, Arabesque caters to both short-term and long-term stays, with flexible leasing options. Whether you’re here for a few weeks or several months, we’ll work with you to find a leasing option that fits your needs.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies based on the length and terms of your stay. Typically, we offer a flexible cancellation policy with advance notice. For detailed information, please check your booking confirmation or contact our reservations team.

Do you provide airport transfers?

Yes, we offer airport transfers for an additional fee. Simply let us know your arrival details, and we’ll arrange a comfortable pickup so you can settle in smoothly.

Accommodation

What is a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment – also referred to as ‘corporate housing’ – is a complete accommodation solution for business travelers and corporate assignees. Fully furnished and self-contained, all serviced apartments contain a kitchen, sitting room,  and at least one separate bathroom.

Suitable for both short- and long-term stays, guests in corporate housing benefit from more comfort, convenience, and autonomy compared to hotel stays. As standard, essential amenities like housekeeping and Wi-Fi are all included in the nightly rate.

Some types of serviced apartments also benefit from hotel-like facilities such as 24-hour receptions, concierge service, on-site workspaces, and leisure facilities.

What can I expect in my apartment?

Every apartment configuration is different and so are the facilities. There will, however, be certain facilities that you should expect to find in every serviced apartment:

  • Kitchen or kitchenette
  • Sitting or living area
  • Sleeping area
  • Bathroom

All of the properties feature free Wi-Fi and a Freeview TV package. Some apartments have more facilities than others, and you can clarify any of these details when making your inquiry with our team. Alternatively, each property listed on our website has a ‘Facilities’ tab that includes every facility and service that is available to guests in that particular property.

When entering your apartment, you’ll find that all rooms are complete with the type of equipment you would usually find in a home, including:

  • Electrical and kitchen appliances
  • Furniture
  • Soft furnishings
  • Kitchenware
  • Bedding, all linen, and towels
  • Decorative items

Are the apartments fully furnished and equipped?

Yes, each apartment is fully furnished with high-quality furniture, decor, and appliances. Kitchens come with modern cooking essentials, and living spaces are designed with comfort and functionality in mind.

Each apartment also includes fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, and premium bed linens and toiletries.

What is the check-in and check-out process?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We also offer a convenient personal-check-in  For early check-in or late check-out

Before 11:00 AM 100% (extra night)

Late check out Fees:

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM 35% of nightly rate

Can I work remotely from my apartment?

Yes, our apartments are designed with remote work in mind, offering dedicated workspaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, and quiet, comfortable environments. You’ll have everything you need to stay productive during your stay.

What amenities are included in the rent?

Our rent includes a range of amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, weekly housekeeping, a fully-equipped kitchen, 24/7 security, and customer support services.

Can I see a video tour of my exact apartment?

We can share video links to your exact apartment, please contact our team for details.

Is there a minimum length of time that I have to book for?

Yes. Most of our bookings are for one month or more. The minimum length of stay changes from property to property. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your enquiry.

What should I do if I have a problem on arrival or during my stay?

If you have a problem upon arrival or during your stay, please refer to the confirmation document that was sent to you via email when you made your reservation. On your confirmation document, we’ll provide you with the following contact numbers:

What can I do to look after my apartment?

Cleaning equipment is usually provided in serviced apartments and will include items like a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket.

Housekeeping is included in the cost of your apartment and will include a full clean; however, equipment is provided for you to utilize should you need to. Any rubbish in your apartment should be placed in the bins provided. All bins will be emptied during your scheduled housekeeping service.

Cost and Payment

What’s included in the cost of my serviced apartment?

Included at all properties:

  • Utility bills – which may include  water,  electricity capped to $100, gas
  • Internet access
  • Housekeeping

Normally subject to an additional charge:

  • Increased frequency housekeeping
  • Increased internet bundle
  • Extra beds for additional guests 

What are my payment options?

When making a payment to us you have two main options:

  • Bank Transfer – we accept payment in GBP, USD, EUR
  • This system accepts payment from MasterCard, Visa
 

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Individual bookings:

We take a security deposit, depending on the duration of the lease, which is refunded in full after you leave assuming there is no damage to the apartment. For our cancellation policy please read our terms and conditions
